These are guidelines — for fragile items, refrigerated medication, or large orders we may need to adjust. We always confirm timing on WhatsApp before dispatch.

Place the order
Add to bag, head to checkout, fill in your delivery address. No card required, ever.
- 02
We pack it
Order arrives at the shop in Zouk Mosbeh. We pack carefully — fragile items get extra care.
- 03
Driver heads out
We WhatsApp you with a rough ETA before the driver leaves the shop.
- 04
Pay on arrival
Cash in USD or LBP, exchanged at the shop's day rate. We have change. We don't take cards.
Not home? Wrong address?
No drama.
- Not home when the driver arrives
- We'll call before we leave the shop. If something changes en route, message us — we can leave it with a neighbor or the bawab, or come back later. No re-delivery fee.
- Wrong item or damaged on arrival
- Refuse delivery, or message us within 24 hours and we'll replace or refund. Pet products in particular — we'd rather you're sure.
- Refrigerated meds or sensitive items
- We use insulated bags and dispatch them with a runner. Tell us at checkout if you'll be at a different address than usual.
- Need it before a specific time
- Add it to delivery notes at checkout — say something like 'before pickup at 5pm'. We'll honor it or message you to reschedule.
